I believe getting on your mat is to take an important stand for your day; to reconnect back to source so our true nature and purpose is more easily expressed. I aim to facilitate access to the yoga system, where students can be their own teachers, getting stronger and more open whilst letting go of limiting patterns.
I teach in-line with the Vinyasa Yoga method, a challenging yet stimulating moving meditation. My practice is supported with yogic philosophy, pranayama, exploration of movement, and meditation.
The core components used within the physical practice:
Ujjayi (victorious breath)
Bandhas (energetic locks)
